Showcase opens this Sunday and we’re excited to welcome you to Dublin to attend the most important trade show of the year. Join us and our 450 exhibitors for what promises to be a truly exciting show. 

Knight & Day Jewellery

Actress and model Aoibhin Garrihy models the new costume jewellery collection by Knight & Day Jewellery which is suitable for the gift and fashion market. The jewellery collection embodies style, elegance and has a contemporary feel.

The emphasis is on a crisp, clean, chic style that can take the wearer from day into night. The range includes stones that include pastel shades and vibrant fun colours such as “summer blue”, “mint green” and “light coral”.

Full package of gift boxes, merchandising props and point of sale are supplied free of charge.

 

Coletti
Stand C80

Coletti cashmere was established by Colette Ashe and Manuel Murphy in 2013. All Coletti garments are designed, developed and knitted in a purpose-built studio in Co. Wicklow. Theirs is the only knitwear studio in Ireland capable of producing 12-gauge complex intarsia.

The Coletti team uses the most advanced knitwear technology and traditional finishing techniques to create cashmere knitwear finished to the highest quality.

Each collection represents an exploration of intarsia, jacquards and fashioning and is knitted using 100 percent ethically-sourced cashmere, fully fashioned for zero waste and scoured and milled in rainwater using ecologically-friendly soaps.

This year Coletti will showcase their fine knit wraps, accessories and a selection of garments for both men and women which draw inspiration from the works of modern Irish artists.

 

Nicholas Mosse Pottery

Nicholas Mosse Pottery has been producing spongeware pottery by hand at the studio in Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny since 1976. Nicholas Mosse is a family-owned and -run business with a team of 60 employees and is one of the few potteries making pottery by hand in Ireland today.  The company does this by using time honoured handcrafting and decorating techniques developed in the 18th and 19th Centuries.

Nicholas Mosse Pottery has grown into a company that today exports worldwide and has avid collectors all over the world. The company continues to evolve, offering new shapes and patterns to choose from.

New pieces for 2018 include a teapot in “Dark Blue Lawn”, a set of three rectangular serving dishes in “Landscape” and a lamp in “Woodland”.

Nicholas Mosse Pottery retailers include Kilkenny Group, Tuckmill Gallery, House of Ireland, Kilkenny Design Centre, Arnotts, Shaws Department Stores, Ann Marie’s (USA), Design Options and the Ballymaloe Craft Shop.


Avoca

Avoca is one of Ireland’s most recognisable brands. The Avoca collection is made up of woven products including throws and scarves from the Avoca Mill which dates back to 1723. Included in the range is an eclectic blend of homewares, fashion accessories and gifts.

The Avoca Mill 1723 collection is a selection of classic styles cut in beautiful Irish woven fabrics. The fabrics for this collection are all woven in the company’s mill in Avoca Village in Co. Wicklow using fine natural yarns including those from Co. Donegal which give a unique quality to the garments.

The mill in Avoca is surrounded by natural scenery and provides the inspiration for the company’s range of coats, jackets, capes, wraps, skirts, scarves and throws.

For Showcase 2018 Avoca presents a collection “inspired by Ireland’s feminine heritage and natural beauty and the artists who have focused on these influences”.

The colour pallette includes natural tones of greys, blues and greens as well vibrant yellows, reds and pinks. The styling is a combination of fitted pieces and easier-fitting capes, coats and pocket wraps.

 

Portfolio Group

Portfolio Group has over 25 years experience developing bespoke branded retail merchandise solutions for tourist attractions and retailers.
